Andrea Navedo
Andrea Navedo is an American actor and author. She began by appearing in morning soaps like One Life to Live or Guiding Light, and later played roles as a support actress in primetime television. Andrea Navedo (born 10 October 1978 in the Bronx area of NY) is an American actor and a singer. Navedo first began acting professionally in daytime dramas. Between 1995 and 1997, she was Linda Soto in ABC's soap show One Life to Live. Then in 1999, she joined in the ensemble of CBS soap drama Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. The actress began her career on film with a small part in Girl 6 (1996), later she appeared in the episodes New York Undercover (1997) as well as The District. Navedo played with Double Take in 2001 and Washington Heights the next year. Navedo was a recurring character in the NBC Crime Show Law & Order, as Detective Ana Cordova from 2001-2004. Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages came out in the same vein, along with Blue Bloods. Navedo was in a variety of movies, such as El Cantante (The Cantante) as well as Remember Me. Navedo had recurring roles in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and How to Make It in America Golden Boy from 2011 through 2013. Superfast! She was a part of the comedy. which was a mockumentary of The Fast and the Furious film series released in 2015. Navedo started her acting career in soap operas that aired during time of daytime.
